Good Morning and Happy Father's Day to all our Fathers!!! Lake Martha Days parade today at 12:30pm - parade
line up at 11:00 am by the Speedway gas station
entrance (Osseo, WI) follow the signs or directions by
volunteers. Mark your calendar for our
Christmas party on July 3rd at the clubhouse
- ride at 10:00 a m followed by a potluck - dish to pass by members and club will provide hot dogs and burgers! Fireworks at dust!! Also our next meeting is July 9th and we'll be holding our elections - position opening are Vice President, Secretary and 2 board members - all positions are open - if interested in being nominated please
let Linda or someone know. Thanks!! Candidates nominated must be current with club dues and a
member in GOOD STANDING for the PAST year. If
you would like a absent ballot or a proxy let
me know. Then we have Rock Fest the following

WATVA Update.... SB 448 - UTV Bill Passes House and Senate! -
Some good news to share. The state assembly
voted and passed our UTV extended/expanded on 3/4/2010! All that’s left is for the governor to sign it, as we know that
takes some time but I’m absolutely sure we’re set now for the upcoming summer riding season.
That
said, there are still some important implementation details that need to be discussed, worked out and gone over with the various
land managers before the riding season gets here. Yes, still lots of work to be done but the first and primary hurdle is over.
For now though I just wanted to relay the news to all. I wanted to also thank our great partnership work on this
bill with the fine folks at WCFA, our DNR program administrators and the state lawmakers that worked really hard with us to
make this happen this quickly!! Good job by all.
